OPEX Call Recording

Call centre recording softwareOPEX call recording eliminates the need to install and maintain expensive capital equipment on their premises. This OPEX service captures the calls made to and from your business in the telephony network and stores them on your behalf for retrieval at your convenience. You can retrieve and play back calls via a web browser on a PC or from a telephone handset and continue to store them or delete them as you wish.

This service can be customised to best suit your operational requirements and there are various billing options available to provide you with the best value package. Because this is a ‘usage' based ‘pay-as-you-go' service the important thing to remember is that you only pay for what you use when you use it. There is also Quality Monitoring software available for contact centres where staff monitoring and training is needed.

OPEX uniquely provides ‘network based' call recording with the added advantage of being able to combine it with all the other OPEX ‘in-network' services. This means that each of our customers can bolt on whichever services they need ie; ACD, Predictive Dialling, Conferencing or Self Service-IVR and establish a fully integrated telephony suite.

How it works

OPEX uses carrier grade call recorders ensuring that all calls will be reliably captured and stored. This makes OPEX call recording suitable for all business applications including; dispute resolution, compliance regulations and agent quality monitoring.

Types of calls that can be recorded

  • Land line calls
  • Mobile to Mobile calls or Mobile to Land line
  • VoIP

Call Storage and Archiving

Calls are kept on-line for you to access at any time and automatically deleted at the end of your nominated retention period. If you need to keep recordings for longer periods these can be archived remotely and stored for you at a secure location or at your own premises if preferred.

Playback options

  • Web – The most common method of access is via the OPEX website portal; you will be given a secure login, user-name and password which will enable you to search for calls and replay them instantly.
  • Telephone – There are some customers who require access via a telephone handset and we cater for this specialist need too. In this case you will be given dial-in access and upon entering a security code you will be able to playback calls through a series of prompts.

How much it costs

This is a ‘usage-based' service and so you only pay for what you need to record, store and access in the future.
There is an initial one-off set-up charge for going live on this service.
Once set-up you will be billed for what you use on a per minute basis. Per second billing is in place to ensure you really only pay for what you use.
